Every year, the Colburn Music Academy holds the prestigious Concerto Competition. Nikka is the first woodwind player to win in the past decade, and she will perform Mercadante’s “Flute Concerto in E Minor” as a soloist with the Colburn Academy Virtuosi Orchestra.
